I have to agree with ‘shutuppppp’. The girl has that look on her face, like whoever took this particular photo wasn’t welcome either. Though, how bold do you have to be, to be that close to a girl and take an unwelcome photo. These guys are nuts.

How dumb can a woman get? She doesn’t have a right to be offended if she caught him doing that because that bottom piece is screaming ‘give me attention!’. And it’s a stupid idea to wear something smaller than where your tan lines end, it just looks bad.

The funniest part to me was that at first I thought the chubby kid was topless woman. Yikes!

The photo was probably done with a big zoom lens. We can’t even see where Ms. Tanlines’ eyes are looking. And her expression is just deadpan–she’s zoning, not offended.
