Not a dude. Hip and thigh structure is all wrong. The breasts don’t mean anything one way or the other, since anybody can stuff a bra or have implants or take enough hormones. But when guys stand with their legs mostly straight like that, there’s not the same kind of gap between their thighs. It’s basic hip structure for men and women. So, she doesn’t have a lot of ass, or it’s an unflattering angle, but that’s definitely a female.

Normally, I’d have to agree with you, and I *do* think this is a woman, the thighs and hips don’t look manly enough.
