I think you can find these types of ice-sculptures (both male and female versions) on the party-cruises in Ayia Napa, Greece. And, yes, it is possible to pour alcohol into it and have it come out of either the penis or vagina, depending on which type it is. Haven’t seen one myself yet, but I’m going to Ayia Napa later this year, so if I remember it I’ll keep you update whether they actually do exist there or not^^

You can get them at a Lovers if you’re in Washington State, or on the web (it’s an ice luge). I haven’t seen a vagina one, but I’ve seen the penis one and the boob one. On the boob one, the liquid comes out the nipples. The major downside is you can only use the mold once as far as I can tell.
