She’s not wearing shorts. She IS wearing a full body suit, probably spandex or some other form hugging material. It’s quite impressive, really. And before you say you can see ‘details’ like belly button, that’s imaged onto the suit.

It is very common to put stick-on things on nipples. Hard nipples ruin the paint effect, the stick-ons help keep the lines smooth.
Also, I’m pretty sure she is made up to look like a character from Digimon. Angewoman iirc.

Actually, you’re wrong. Seraph is the plural. It’s a bit deceptive, because seraphim sounds like the logical choice for the plural, but yeah. Seraphim = 1, Seraph = 2+.
