An old school classic. I remeber this one from when I was a kid.

  • 14Finders

There is a photo taken two seconds after this I really wanna see.
Those balls won’t pick up themselves.

  • gloomhound

    Game. Set. Match.

  • davethebear

when she serves, where does she keep the other ball?

  • MystX

This is a famous award winning photo taken by Martin Elliott in 1976 for a poster.

  • max

    Haha!
    Balls.
    He said balls.
And it was like, an “in your endo”.
Because she’s a hot chick and balls are testicles.

I ruined your joke, how does that make you feel?

  • roa

Actually, his point was that she would need to bend over to pick up the balls, thus revealing more of what’s under the dress. And I hope you misspelled “innuendo” on purpose, because if not, this is an even bigger fail than it was originally.

  • max

I know what his point was. I was hoping he was making a joke, and found a way to make it obvious to everybody (even to him if he wasn’t) and still be humorous.
And yes, I did spell it wrong on purpose.
It’s sad that I should have to explain that part.

  • IT Crowd

This is hanging in the boss’s room in the British sitcom, “The IT Crowd”.

  • adam

So famous it has a Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennis_Girl .

  • xam

    max equals fail

  • dani

    U R not smart

  • TheCannyScot

I remember having this on the wall in my college dorm.

  • Not_you

i think the brits would call this photo “cheeky”.

  • Attila

An oldie but also a goodie.

  • Eric the Viking

Oh, you mean bending over to pick them up… I was picturing her squatting on each one and picking them all up that way! I’m a little slow sometimes.

  • http://att.net A Biker Too

    WHEEE-DOGGGIES!

  • Smitty

Is it less hot because it is staged?

  • Sparkmeister

Just looking at her makes me horny, so so hrony!

  • Apple

Posting this here is pretty blatant copyright infringement. The photographer, Martin Elliott, just died a few months ago. His girlfriend was 16 at the time this photo was taken. Does that qualify as kiddie p0rn?

  • Neil R

Yeah right, do you see Oreck printed on her anyplace? :)

  • The Wise Man

    never!

  • judge1212

    That’s a dude…

  • http://thecitylimit.blogspot.com Zaphod

I must have my mind in the so-called gutter today, because that’s exactly what I thought.

  • rando

    I’d do ‘im…

  • ajax

Posting this here is pretty blatant copyright infringement. i just blatently infringed you, what nao!?

  • TheCannyScot

No, it doesn’t qualify. 16 is legal in Britain, unless it’s two guys, then it’s 21. They wanted to make the age of consent for two women 21, as well, but Queen Victoria refused to believe that two women would do such a thing, and struck through that portion of the law.

  • MystX

According to Wikipedia she was 18 at the time, also the image show on this site is a scaled down version. I think the same logic Wikipedia uses for having the image posted on their site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:TennisGirl_thumb.jpg could apply here.

  • roa

The rest of your post was stupid enough to make me question your ability to spell.

  • blondy28

That’s why you never turn your back to an opponent.

  • Tyrone Shoelaces

I think you need to get your eyesight checked out, or just stop whacking off to the Sears catalog so much.

  • ross

kylie minogue did an homage to this…very cute.

  • MaxArt

Have you guys ever played tennis? You don’t need to bend over to pick the balls from the ground: you just can put a foot right next to them and lift them up using the racket.
Naughty girls, however, always bend over…

  • DarkMatter

Do you think this is where Serena Williams got the idea to show her butt? If so – BRAVISIMO!

  • ray’k

    me too!
my grandpap (God rest his soul) had this poster in his workroom…can’t remember what it said…

  • Urh

Isn’t this picture older than the internet?

  • skatcat31

    … I hope those balls came in a tube…

  • Apple

The photo was taken in 1976. She was born in 1960. She is 50 this year. You do the math. She was 16 when the photo was taken. Guess what, Wikipedia is wrong! Shocking! Hope you didn’t use it for your 6th grade science project.

  • Darkstar1

This picture taken when the internet was just being born, back during the days of AARPnet. In other words just before AL Gore invented it. Your dad probably wasted several of your potential brothers looking at it. :)

  • hikari

Except that never happened, it’s a myth.

No monarch with any sense would refuse to give assent to a law without advice form the privy council to do so (which has happened on a few occasions).

Queen Anne was the last monarch to refuse assent on her own; Queen Elizabeth II last refused it under advisement from the privy council in 1999.

  • hikari

Oh and the age of consent in the UK is 16 across the board and has been for quite some time.

One of the few times in recent history the Parliament Act has actually be used for a good reason.

  • hikari

As an additional point, the age of consent doesn’t apply to pornography, for which you have to be 18, although in the 80s it was still 16 for the basic Mayfair or Penthouse fair. Samantha Fox did her first shoot when she was still 16.

I very much doubt the poster could be considered pornographic anyway.

You can tell I’m bored at work, can’t you?

  • aphexZero

Does anybody remember another reason to watch tennis on tv?

  • zoidberg

I’m pretty certain this image is massively copyrighted…

  • http://lourenzo.blog.br Lourenzo Ferreira

    That’s a classic one!

  • Star

“Now where did thst last ball go…”

  • rich roby
