Actually, those hands look like they’re from a mannequin. They’re too smooth. See how the shoulder on her right (left to us) is way too high, that’s not normal.
I suspect the two central legs to be mannequin’s legs and those on the outsides are her own.

Why does she have four of those? There’s MUCH more important parts to make four of here.

Yeah, it’s kind of cool, but he really failed with her right shoulder. It looks like it’s been dislocated.

I think he took two photos of her and combined them in Photoshop. There are a few things that don’t add up. The most obvious ones are the shoulder and the shadows. For example, have a look at the direction and “intensity” of the shadow from the leg of the couch and her closest leg.
