She is a red head. Her skin is naturally fair. Ginger people are as white as sheets and burn like crazy in strong sunlight.

I personally had to re-read the caption. Outside of the US, generally “pants” are trousers. “Pants” and “panties” are the exact same think in the UK… well, the latter implies “female” attire, though knickers would be a more common term for female underwear.

So, to re-cap: this sounds like “try putting underpants over those underpants” to me, and the majority of my fellow countrymen.
