Keeping Your Head On A Swivel of the Day: Kevin Gaylor, a 24 year old man from Colorado Springs, got quite a surprise when his girlfriend came home unexpectedly on Wednesday afternoon.

According to The Gazette, Gaylor had previously invited a woman that he had met online over to his house. Since his girlfriend was home though, he called the police when the other woman showed up, and reported her as a burglar.

Gaylor was cited for a misdemeanor for falsely reporting to authorities.

It must have been a pretty incredible “ah-ha!” moment when he came up with that plan.
